Meet Ruqaiya
Ruqaiyaa is 70 years old with six children. Her husband ran a fruit shop and died in 2009.
Her eldest son took over the fruit shop and was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in 2010 fracturing his arm in 3 places. He could not get hospital care in time, and eventually received private medical assistance.
In 2011 the eldest son once again got into a motorcycle accident, became infected with hepatitis and died in 2011.
Earlier in 2020, Southgate assisted with her gallbladder and eye surgery. Her remaining children are currently infected with diabetes and high blood pressure. Currently, they are in need of regular medicine for their conditions, which is not able to be afforded by them.
One of her sons works as a bike rider with a monthly salary of $90. This is insufficient to support his gasoline, and provide food and medicine for the family.
With your assistance, The Southgate Foundation can help Ruqaiyaa and her family.
