Gary Waters is the all-time winningest coach in Cleveland State basketball history. He coached college basketball for 43 years. In his career he was Head Basketball Coach at Kent State, Rutgers & Cleveland State. Gary was inducted into three Hall of Fames: Ferris State, Kent State, and Detroit High School.
He’s the author of 2 books, “Ten Principles of a Character Coach”, and soon releasing, “Coaching Millennials from a Character Perspective”. Gary is also certified to teach police department character development workshops.
Additionally, he’s a podcast host for NABC/NCAA, titled, Guardians of the Game, and a committee selection member of the NIT College Basketball.
