Today’s show is about an internet personality and authentic empowerment with Tommy Gabriel and Bob Lancer. All right, here’s some info on Tommy. Tommy Gabriel is a TMZ live personality, anti-bullying advocate, online influencer and actor on Amazon Prime’s debut of finding ourselves. He’s a social media phenomenon who missed a huge following on social media and relates to his following, his Online Besties. Here we go, welcome to the show Tommy, so great to have you on. Tommy: Thank you, it’s exciting to be on. Tony: We’ve tried for a while and here we are at last hanging out chatting about things and we’d love to know a lot. I have a lot of questions, but first things first, Tommy, I love to know how did it all start for you? What’s your backstory? Tommy: Well, I started on social media just as a way to find people that had the same interests I did, you know, which is tech and celebrity gossip and stuff like that. I didn’t come into this game of the social media world or fame or money or anything like that because I didn’t know you can make money doing this at the beginning. It was more of just finding people that I connect with. I didn’t have a lot of friends in real life and let’s jump online and let’s find people. I started posting things that were just taken of interest of me and I slowly was building an audience then was making, the pictures that are related to a certain demographic and it just grew from there. And that’s basically how it started with, my following and it just kept growing over the years Tony: You’ve got a very huge following too. And I’ve got to ask, it might be a little silly, so forgive me maybe my Italian, but you’re noted like your claim to fame, you’re a bubbly Internet personality. We’re going to find out more about it. But why is that? Why, why did you get that moniker? Tommy: I got that because I’m very, expressive and very animated when on my live streams and my social media and my fans do value that. And it brightens their day. It really betters their, their mood. If they’re having a bad day or they’re having a struggle, they can come on there and just forget about what’s going on and have a laugh and be in a better mood. And that’s why was noted that cause it, it uplifts a lot of people and changes impact people’s lives. Tony: Yeah. A big amount of people like that. So I know you’re going to carry on with that. And now somehow did that, Tommy, did that lands you into being a TMZ life commentator? How did that story evolve? Tommy: So that’s a really interesting story. So I was just, posting on social media, minding my own business, I was interacting on a TMZs, a Twitter account and their social media and I was in school at the time and I was a senior in high school and I was like, let me just go on there and I got a direct message from TMZ live and I’m like, is this real? Like this was like another account? It said, hey, we would like for you to be on the show. Are you available? And I was like, is this real? Like this, this can’t be, this is just crazy to me. And then they wrote to me on their verified account and I was like, oh my goodness, this is, this is real. Like this is, they want me on there. I don’t know why, but okay. So they put me on there and the next day I went on there and it, you know, they liked me and they’re like, hey, we want you to come back on again. And they’d found an opportunity to get me back on. And it became on, I was on there more regularly and then I have a page and I have a credit of them and it just went from there. And then here we are Tony: And here we are, very cool. Are you still, are you still doing TMC live now? Tommy: As of right now, not yet this year. I do want to get back on there as soon as they can. I have just been busy. Last year I was on there a few times, but this year I haven’t yet. So I will be soon. Tony: I know we are going to see you on there again, Tommy, you are in anti-bullying advocate. Why is this so important to you? And maybe tell us what do you do with this and are you spearheading any movements or whatever? Tommy: Why it’s so important to me is because when I was in school, I was bullied a lot. I get bullied sometimes online and people do look up to me. And I didn’t have the courage or the, uh, the knowledge to stand up for people, stand up for myself and, and to have a voice. And I feel like, you know, being an anti-bullying advocate, I feel like that can bring such a big topic, there’s so much, horrible things that go on with bullying, harassment other horrible things that go on in this world with that. And I feel like it was just important to me. It is someone that has experienced that firsthand to relate to other people and to know that like bring awareness to it and understand, hey, like it’s okay, I’ve gotten bullied too. You’ve gotten bullied and we can, we can rise. Look where I am today. Like, use me as an example. And what that means to me is just so important for me because when I was getting bullied, I was at my lowest of low. I didn’t realize, hey, like something’s going to get better. In this, in this instance when just getting bullied every day. So, people do look up to me and asked me for advice. So I like to be a word of wise things that I’m looking to do. I’m working on an Emoji application. A section of the Emoji application is going to be a cause, emoticons, which they’ll have different organizations and one of them will be an anti-bullying organization. I don’t know which one we’ll pick yet, but that will be something that will, any of the proceeds from that purchase of those the emoticon ad will be donated to them. Tony: I liked that a lot, Tommy. I really do. You know, I was bullied quite a bit in my school days and it wasn’t very nice, was very pleasant. And I’ve written a book, not release yet. I have a manuscript on anti-bullying, an old school common sense approach and that does not mean fighting back. But I’ve got a really have some good ways of dealing with this and I’m working on finalizing that manuscript and not sure when it will be released, but it’s got some good stuff. So I’m totally with you and behind you on that and very appreciate the more people that we can rally to this cause I think the more we can help actually save a lot of lives and help people that are bullied lead a better life because there are too many bad stories I’ve run into on bullying. So I’m just really with you on that. And I love to know, are you attending any events you make public appearances on this or is it all online? Tommy: It’s mostly online. I would love to do public appearances and share my stories and experiences with bullying and how I overcome them. I think that’d be inspiring to many people of all ages and, and stuff like that. So I would like to do that. But right now it’s just online. Tony: Okay. Well, I hope to right people hear this and reach out to you and see about having you attend some events. Because I think the more push that’s out there, the more communication, again, just the better we can get a handle on it and we really need to handle. So hats off to you again on that. I like that. Tommy: Thank you. Tony: Sure. And tell us about, it’s a TV series called finding ourselves. It’s on Amazon Prime. Tommy: Yes, yes. This is a very exciting show for me cause this is my first time acting in anything. And how this came about was actually quite interesting. Once all this TMZ live was going on, I went on an acting site and I came across it and I said, that’d be pretty cool. It’s, in the area, they’re filming in the area. Let me see what this is about. And I reached out to them on Instagram and obviously, they saw me have an audience. They like, hey, we want to know what you’re doing. And at first it turned out to be just an extra, just me being an extra here and there. And then when I just started showing my personality and the people, the right people were looking at my stuff on social media thing that I did have, a good personality for a role. They did, ask me, hey, do you want to try out for a reoccurring wall on the show? And I said, sure, why not? I never acted before, so, you know, this is, this is all going to be new to me. But they said let’s just give it a try. Let see what happen. And I did and they really me and it just went from there. Tony: Very cool. And what is your role on the show? Tommy: My role on the show, I play Kevin Goldberg. I’m a recurring role on the show. It’s pretty much a nerdy guy that gets bullied in high school just trying to figure out his way through high school and to overcome obstacles, you know, in typical high school fashion that goes on. Tony: I got you. And when do we expect to have that released? Tommy: That should be coming soon, maybe later this year. Tony: Okay. And of course, we’ll go on Amazon prime to find it. It’s an exclusive Amazon prime series only. Tommy: Yes. Right now it’s exclusively on Amazon. I know the director wants to maybe put it on other platforms when the time comes, but right now it’s exclusively only on Amazon. Tony: I got you. And when I was last in touch with you, you were shooting something else on TV. What other projects do you have going? Tommy: Right now, I don’t have much going on right now. I just have I had to take a break from social media for a little bit, for personal reasons, but all my stuff. But right now I’m just doing the TMZ thing and just finding ourselves. I do want to get into more TV stuff but at the right time. But right now that’s the only thing that I’m working on at this time. I did do a few interviews here and there with finding ourselves, talking about bullying and experience and stuff like that we’ll go on their youtube channel at some point. So just to get the word out about what we do and who we are and everything else. Tony: I get you any books in the plan in the future for you? Tommy: To be honest, I never really even thought about making a book, but you know, writing a book, maybe I will. Maybe when the time comes, right now I’m just, you know, mainly focusing on, the emoji app and, and bettering my career and stuff like that right now. But maybe a book will come later on in the future. Who knows? Tony: Oh, and that reminds me of the Emoji app. Tell us more. Can we expect it when we go to Emoji or is there a special release? What else can you tell us about it? Tommy: The EMOJI app I’ve been working on for, I would say about a year now hopefully it will be released sometime this year. I’ve, everything goes smoothly. It’s very difficult to get, you know, both markets, Air Jordan, IOS to agree because they have a lot of policies. But that will definitely be coming soon. And what that will be is it will be an app in the app store and it can be either a keyboard that they can on their phone or it can be just stickers, whatever they want. It could be used on, regular texting or social media. So it’d be pretty cool. Tony: Yes it will. And I’d like to ask Tommy, you have got a huge career in front of you, you’ve got a lot of success behind you. What do you consider so far as being your greatest achievement? Tommy: My greatest achievement would have to be, it would be two things. One being on TV. I never thought in a million years that I’d be on TV talking about things that I like to talk about celebrity gossip and stuff like that. So I was just, that was a big achievement for me. And two just hearing about the positive stories that I’ve been getting back from opening up about how I’m going to be releasing about my bullying story and how some press has picked up and stuff like that. So it just really shows that I do have a voice and that was just a big shock to me that hey, my name’s in the media. Like, let’s going on here. I’m Tommy from New Jersey. I wasn’t expecting that big of an impact to happen. Tony: This is the Tony DUrso show just the head. Today’s show is about an internet personality and authentic empowerment with Tommy Gabriel and Bob Lancer. Tommy has huge interests for technology and social media and was able to build a high fan base that can relate to him. He has a high social media total reach of more than 50,000 followers. Tommy’s been a brand ambassador for a few different companies and has sponsored related posts on his social platforms. As a video blogger, he often goes live on Facebook and uploads videos on youtube. All right, and now back to the chat with our guests. Tommy, you have different projects and each project has its purpose and some are very or whatever. What would you say is the brightest drive for you? In other words, your ultimate mission in life? Tommy: I would say to inspire others and just even if other people don’t understand what you’re doing or they don’t understand it, but you want to do it, don’t let anyone affect your goals and your dreams because of dream big because things will happen. And if you put your mind to it, things can better your life and just really experience great things. And I feel like I want to be inspiring to others that are, be struggling or may not maybe just lost in their path or see me as a role model to be like, Hey, I can do that if Tommy can do it anyone can do it. And I get very excited to see other people in my community or my town do the same things that I do or similar things that I do and get out of their comfort zone and be inspired. Tony: I liked that, if Tommy can do it, I can do it. Tommy: Yep Tony: Tommy, we can find you at tommygabriel.com, right? Tommy: Yes, absolutely. Tommy: Absolutely. Thank you so much for having me today. I appreciate it. Tony: Thank you very much. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Bob Lancer Tony: And now we have Bob Lancer join us. Bob Lancer is guiding individuals and groups in the process of liberating their authentic empowerment for over three decades through his professional speaking, coaching books and articles. His work includes empowering parents and teachers to succeed with love with children while passing on empowering mindsets to children. Here we go. Welcome to the show Bob. So glad to have you on once again with us. This is exciting because I love the topic of what we’re going to present to our audience. Bob: Well, I always love hanging out with you, Tony. I feel like we’re family. We’ve known each other for years now and we’ve interacted on deep levels and shared some, higher consciousness and, I’m just delighted to be with you again. Tony: Thank you. And for the audience disclosure, Bob has helped me with his method, which is at lovethemethod.com and I cannot say enough good things about it beyond just that it works. It is mind-blowing sets one up for great abundance. I’m not going to steal his thunder. I’m going to let Bob talk to us about that. He’s going to give us the Lancer Answer, but first thing’s first. Bob, my audience has grown a lot since the last time. We have more members here. Can you tell us how did it all start for you? What’s your backstory? Bob: Well, it’s always been for me about authenticity. I knew what I wanted to do at a very young age, which was to write and teach wisdom that would liberate people to experience all the joyful abundance they desire, to help them to discover their true life purpose. It’s what I wanted to learn from myself. And once I found a teacher back in my early twenties I’d been on the path of deepening my own experience of that and helping people around the world do that. I’ve been doing this on a full-time basis for over three decades now. This is all I’ve ever wanted to do. You know the key to success is awakening to your true sense of purpose. If you get all caught up and identified and attached to like getting things and making money and being famous and owning a business and owning a home and having a white picket fence and traveling the world and that you’re not born for any of that, you have a very specific purpose. Everyone, everything in the universe has a purpose. The Universe is this infinite mutual support system and when you pursue your purpose, which is your joy and the expression of your gifts and talents to the utmost, when you focus on that soulful sense of deep fulfillment, everything in your life falls into place. If you’re coming up against resistance or opposition or difficulty, it means that you’re not tuned in deeply and consistently enough. To what you’re here for, what you want to do with your life, and when you get that when you awaken to that, then you find that all the abundance, the relationships, the opportunities it’ll come up, you don’t have to go after any of it. It’s coming after you because you’re supporting the universe in the way you’re designed to support the universe and the universe is going to support you because the universe is designed to support itself. You’re part of it. Tony: I love it. And my dear audience, please really in on this and focus, Bob’s done this for over three decades. A lot of time does full time, so good at what he does is extremely helpful. So please listen to this again, we’re going to jump into it. Bob, I love what you’re saying. And the first thing I want to do, you’ve talked a little bit about it, but I want to drill down very deep now. What holds people back in life? Bob: Attachments to things they don’t need and want. They’re getting caught up in their secondary values, let’s talk about time. You always have time to take care of your top priority and you never have time for anything else. And so we spend a long time in life just going down these dead ends and blind alleys trying to find happiness and satisfaction when all the time it’s been inside of us, the way you want to feel right now. It’s inside of you and it’s deep down inside your soul. You know when you can connect with deep joy, with deep contentment, deep fulfillment, right here, right now where you are and if you’re getting caught up in other reactions. Now that’s where I come in because as in my phone coaching, what I do with people is: I help them to recognize the blockages and to dissolve them using a process. I call them Method, and as they dissolve them, they awakened to the fact that all the joy you want is right here and now it’s available and nothing is stopping you from experiencing it. Then the next step, Tony is learning to trust joy. Most people trust, worry and hurry and comparing themselves to other people and competing with these ideas they have and trying to outmatch people on Facebook experiences and all that stuff. And the reality is that right here, right now you are completely free to experience a fulfilling life and if you’ll count on joy in the present, let your happiness do the work for you, your happiness, your feelings of true deep down inside happiness. We’ll do more work for you in terms of producing the miracles you want in your life. Then all the effort you can ever make your joy is infinitely more powerful, creative and constructive than all the efforting you can make to achieve what you want in life. So people are like all caught up and struggling for goals and pushing themselves harder and getting more aggressive and drive, drive, drive and they’re getting nowhere. There are very, very few people in this world to experience what they would call complete and total fulfillment and success. Tony: That is so true. I cannot say enough of how true that is folks. And you know, growing up in the corporate world, I was there where have to get something accomplished. You get it accomplished and there’s no to enjoy. It’s like, Oh, here’s the next thing. Okay, hit that account. Here’s the next thing. Get more. How come this isn’t done? Its push, push, push and get more, get more and do more for the company. Do More boss or whatever. And I’m not saying anything negative about it, but I’m saying that one can get caught up in it as I will say, I sure did. And I never got a chance to enjoy some of the great, let’s call them victories and accomplishments because I was always worried about the next one and the next one. And there has to be a balance and maybe you can better explain that or perhaps even analyzed me on that. But there has to be a balance. Well, I’ve known Bob for a couple of years now. Bob has helped me quite a bit on this appreciating and having gratitude and being grateful for what you have. It does change. It’s not like a quick snap and it’s night and day, but it starts changing everything. And I owe so much to Bob and the method many others not to denigrate or invalidate any other activity, event or method or circumstance, but they all help. And this helps a lot. And I think Bob you can correct or adjust. I think being grateful for what is good for what you’ve done. I think that’s a big part. Bob: Well it’s, it’s, it’s definitely a core issue. But you know, just to go back to what you were saying about the corporate world, the way you described, you know, the way the corporations work, those corporations are killing the people who work for them because that’s an unsustainable way to live. You’re working against your physical body. Your body is designed for joy. Your body thrives in joy. When you’re living in stress and anxiety and pressure, your body starts breaking apart. So those corporations, not only are they killing the people who serve them but then the corporations themselves are dying. We’re living in a very transitional phase in our civilization and global civilization. And no matter how puffed up those old company cultures seem to be and how many, how much their profits seem to be ballooning. They’re like dinosaurs and you don’t need them. You don’t depend upon any job or any business or any human being for your abundance. You can learn how to live in abundance and prosperity and joy and fulfillment right now, and the more you live in that beautiful harmonious vibration, the more it manifests. And I’m not talking about theories here, Tony, you know it. I love this stuff it works. I’ve devoted my whole life to it and I’m letting you know everybody out there. All you’ve got to do is live your purpose and your purpose is defined by your joy and by your free and total expression of your unique talents. When you start, depending on giving what you love to give the most because it brings you the most joy, now you’re part of the universe you’re cooperating. Tony: This is the Tony DUrso Show. Tony: All right, we’re back on the Tony DUrso Show. Today’s show is about an Internet Personality and Authentic Empowerment with Tommy Gabriel and Bob Lancer. And now back to the chat with our guests. Bob: You know, people say, are you a Republican or a Democrat? I like to tell them I’m a Cosmocrat. I’m a member of the cosmos because I work with the universe. I don’t work against it. You know the ancient Chinese called it the dow, working with the dow, working with the universe, working with nature, with the flow of life. So unhappiness comes from resisting and opposing and conflict and joy comes when you relax. Allow yourself to experience the of joy and love and fulfillment and abundance right now. And then comes to the real courageous step is counting on that. When you count on your happiness, that means every moment of the day you’re simply asking yourself, what do I want to do? Now many people are listening who say, look, Bob, that sounds great and idealistic, but I’ve got responsibilities. I’ve got to take care of my taxes. I got to do this and that. Let me tell you something when you’re on purpose, you’ll find that whatever responsibilities need to take care of, you’re going to take care of them in ways that are fun, simple and easy, and they’re going to work out beautifully, but if you start laboring under the sense of burden and oppression, you’re going to find out that you create more problems than solutions in your life. Tony: What a great response. Thank you so much for that. I love this. The purpose, the purpose is the fuel in the fire. It’s the gas in the car. It’s what makes us go down the highway 60 odd miles an hour. That is so powerful. I write about that in my book The Vision Map purpose is key to establishing one’s whole future vision and making that dream, that wishes and absolute reality. I cannot say enough about the purpose. And I think just the fact that people recognize they’re recognized not just to make money and to have a car or have an apartment or whatever, but the bigger scheme of things. It does transform. If you stick onto that and hold it, and not to digress because I want to come back to this, but one of the things Bob, that hold people back and I’ve had a lot of discussions on this childhood traumas. It holds people back the way they were treated or mistreated or unpleasant circumstances. Let’s put it, they stick in the mind and they block people. How can we recognize and deal with it? Bob: Well, it’s your only problem and we call them ACE Adverse Childhood Experiences. It’s all of your blockages to joy, all of your fears, all of your bouts with unhappiness, all of your jealousies and insecurities, all of the negative emotional states, all of your clashes with other people. All of the problems in your life are manifestations of patterns that you were received in childhood in the first six years. Now you don’t have to believe that. You don’t have to accept it as a psychological theory. But once we start drilling down and you can recognize the relationship between what you’re going through now and what you experienced as a child, we can start to release your energy from those patterns. So this is the deep coaching work that I do. The reality is Tony I don’t know that anybody can make these kinds of breakthroughs that I’m talking about without the help of someone who has already made the breakthrough. I don’t just talk about this stuff as you know Tony, I live this 24 seven cause this is my purpose. This is my passion. So, one thing I do want to clarify here is your purpose is defined by what you want to give to the world, not what you want to get from it. As soon as you’re in the getting mode, you’re being held back by childhood programming that was rooted in beliefs and scarcity and lack and limitation. Once we free your energy from feeding those beliefs, you start realizing that it was just imaginary, that every single person in this world always has access to all the abundance they could ever want or need, but we have to go through these painful, difficult experiences, whether it’s poverty or homelessness or going broke or going bankrupt. We have to go through these painful experiences until finally wake up to how we are creating them. We create them with our states of consciousness, with our thoughts and feelings and the beliefs that we carry. So if you’re focusing on what you want to get in your business, you’re going to get less. If you keep doing what you’re doing right now, what you and I are engaging in, you’re doing this for the fun of it. You love doing this. There’s probably nothing you’d rather be doing right now than what you’re doing. Tony: Oh! This is the greatest joy to share and give knowledge and connect successful people with the audience. I am on my purpose. I am on my passion. Just to interject, I love this. I love this job and it’s not a job I do it for free. Bob: It’s your job for the universe. The universe requires you to be happy. The universe designed you to function in a certain way and when you’re functioning in that way, you’re humming along. Your heart is open, you’re experiencing your joy song. But in early childhood, we were programmed to follow these rules and beliefs and ideas all about relying on anger and stress and fear to be safe. And as we use the method, I guide people in releasing. And, and by the way, anybody listening to this show, you were invited to contact me. I will give you a complimentary coaching session over the phone. Or if this is overseas, we’ll do it via Skype because you don’t have to go at this in a blind way anymore. What I discovered, Tony, in this method, if you go back to when computers were first invented, you had to be some kind of an incredible scientist to operate the computer. But as a result of Steve Jobs, we now have, you can hold in your hand when this little foam thing, you have access to the library of Alexandria. You have access to all the knowledge that exists in the world. You have this computer is infinitely more powerful than the original computers and anybody can do it. The method that I discovered that was given to me and that I’ve developed is like having a cell phone to make breakthroughs in your consciousness. Then maybe you would have to go through, in ancient Greece, you’d have to go through dire initiations. You might have to go through years of psychoanalysis with the greatest therapists that ever lived to even come close to it and now you can have it. People experienced breakthroughs in 10 minutes. Tony: phenomenal, and I’ve got to say to the audience, please, Bob just offered a free consultation can be done via Skype or via phone. I urge you, I urge you, I urge you, take advantage of it at lovethemethod.com it’s a very easy, very friendly, very warm, very helpful. I cannot say enough. Please check it out and you can read more about it as well at lovethemethod.com and Bob, it sounds good. It makes sense and aside from the fact I’ve personally experienced works, there are times as, okay, I’ll go personal. In my case, not only did I have the hostility bear the anger and the molding as a child, but unfortunately there were beatings as well, some pretty brutal and severe ones that were not very good and I’m not going to talk more about that reinforced and put in those, let’s call them emotional patterns so strong. It’s hard to just say, oh yeah, this happened and break out. Can you perhaps talk about that and how we can recover from that? Bob: Sure’ I talked to people who went through horrendous abuse and I know the abuse. We’ve talked about what you’ve gone through I’ve worked with people who have gone through more than both of you are an abuse of my abuse combined. I work with people who have been molested and raped and robbed and all kinds of things. People who have gone through the trauma of war and the process is deep. It’s painful because you have to open up to those painful feelings using the method though as you open up to those painful feelings, you’re releasing the energy that’s feeding those feelings. So all of the incredibly painful experiences you went through in childhood. Okay, we’ll just talk about you because this applies to everyone. It’s completely self-imposed. You created these internal emotional patterns to protect yourself from feeling love and vulnerability. And those are the patterns that are the pain that you carried. Feelings of unloved being unloved, feelings of being abandoned, feelings of being that you’re worthless, feeling that you are not even deserving to live, feeling that you do not matter. Those are the lingering, deep, deep patterns inside that block us from loving ourselves. Now, as we use the method to go through those patterns, we release the energy from amending. Believe me, sooner or later, you’re gonna have to go back to where you started from. You can’t run away from the childhood patterns you’re carrying inside. There’s no getting away from them. You’re always going to be led back to confronting those disrupted, dysregulated emotional states of loss and confusion and powerlessness and fear until you finally learn how to face them and free your energy from them. Now I guess you can call that the bad news. Here’s the good news though. The joy of awakening, the joy you will experience as you get liberated from these patterns you’ve been carrying since childhood. These patterns that continue to abuse from your internal reaction patterns as you free your energy from those patterns, the joy that you experience is so much greater than the intensity of the pain you experienced that it negates. It’s like the pain never happened. You’re not just experiencing a state of total forgiveness. You’re experiencing a state of total freedom from those events that you’ve been carrying around. Be sure to send questions and comments to tony at tonydurso.com. Now back to Tony and his guests. Tony: Alright, we’re back on the Tony DUrso Show today’s show is about an Internet Personality and Authentic Empowerment with Tommy Gabriel and Bob Lancer. After receiving his degree in English and education, Bob followed his calling to pursue a lifelong path of true awakening through the full-time study of the world’s spiritual teachings, including spiritually-based philosophies, psychology, and classical literature. And now back to the chat with Bob. Bob: And so the joy of that awakening process to me is it speaks to something spiritual. I have come to believe that our soul chooses to come into those really difficult patterns because of the joy it experiences from awakening and liberating from them. And so the more difficult the experience a person has, the greater the opportunity for joy that comes from the release. That is always possible. Tony: I love it, thank you. I can’t say enough. It works. It’s amazing. It’s simple. But just like you may know that a good meal has sugar, flour, eggs, and milk, but it’s putting it all together and making it work. And I’ve seen, not to give a cliche, but I’ve seen Bob perform magic. Absolutely. How simple it is and how workable it is. And as part of that, Bob, I’d like to go into seven mindsets that you have for us that we can use and apply. Bob: Sure. Now the seven mindsets are something that we’re teaching to children. We’ve taught them to about over half a million kids and also to many, many teachers, to parents, to adults, to executives, people in all walks of life. The most extensive research into this what’s called positive psychology to date has revealed that those seven basic mindsets that determine how happy and successful you can be. And so the more you use these seven mindsets, the more you transform your brain. You know, we were talking earlier about trauma. As you use these seven mindsets, you’ll rewire your brain so that those neural patterns that were stuck in trauma, you’re now using what’s called neuroplasticity to develop new neural pathways in your brain. So you function more and more as the happiest and most successful, greatest contributors, highest accomplishers in human history. These are the mindset that they employed. This is all scientific research-based. So we’re teaching it in schools, and all you have to do is go to a 7mindsets.com to learn how to bring it into your school public schools all over the world and in all over the country and overseas. And we’re also bringing them to adults. That’s my primary work, bringing them to adults. I also teach them to preschool teachers to pass it onto these little ones. Should I be happy to go through the seven mindsets with you like something to practice? Part of my coaching involves getting people grounded and habitualized in using those seven mindsets continuously. Tony: Bob, in the event that some people don’t remember both URLs and they reached the seven mindsets. If they go to lovethemethod.com. They could just contact me and I’ll connect them to it. But it’s really easy. It’s the number seven 7mindsets.com perhaps, you know you can put it up on your notifications regarding this. Tony: I will put it in the show notes so everyone can see it. As well it’ll be in the transcript. Bob: So shall I go through the seven? Tony: I’d love to please tell me about it. Tell us about it. Bob: So I’m going to guide you through them because it’s not just something to know, it’s something to use. ● So the first mindset is that (everything is possible). So you access this mindset by dreaming big. So Tony, if you knew that everything was possible and you had infinite power, what would you love to create? Now as you ask yourself that question, you’re using that mindset, the mindset that brings power and joy and success. The more you use that mindset, the happier, more successful and prosperous you’ll be. ● The second mindset is called (passion first), and this has to do with the fact that you have to rely on your joy and your passion and your inspiration. If your life is about perspiration, you’re not going to go very far. The people who excel are living their passion, they find out what their natural, unique talents are and they center their lives on using those to serve in the best way possible. So passion first means you recognize that whatever you’re going to pursue whatever dream you have, you’ve got to pursue it. A path of joy and passion. ● The third mindset is( we are connected). Anything good that’s ever happened to you in your life has come through another person. Your success is a product of how well you utilize your network and how high level your network is. So to use the mindset that we are connected mindset, you think about which are the relationships that are the most helpful to me, that nurture me, that nurture my soul, but helped me believe in myself that opened doors of opportunity for me. Those are the ones that I’m going to focus on developing and the ones that seem to be bringing me down and opposing my quests in life. Those are the good ones I’m going to start to let go of. You can’t always completely extricate yourself from them, but you focus on minimizing your involvement in those relationships and improving your ability to handle those relationships better and better. And then the next aspect of that we are connected. Mindset is to spend time every day envisioning your dream team. What are the people you love to have in your network? If you had an ideal network, gatekeepers, people who could open doors for you, people who can support you in amazing ways, not just financially, but also intellectually and spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically in all ways. What kind of Dream Team would you love to have as you spend time thinking about that Dream Team and considering your options to gradually bring it into your life? You’ll find that manifesting because one of the principles in life are we bring about who we think about. Tony: I love that one, by the way, and I’ve been carefully noting all these down at the very end. I’ll do a quick recap on them, but I’m loving these so far. Bob: Oh, they’re amazing, Tony, and as you apply them, you’ll feel the juice and this whole show is, we could call it that we are connected mindset show. Tony: I’d rather call it, feel the juice. Bob: Yeah, it’s the same. Bob: ● Then we have the fourth mindset is (100% accountability) and that means that yes, while it is true that my success depends upon the quality of my network and how well I use my network and grow my network, I am 100% responsible for what happens to me. We have to accept 100% accountability for what happens to us the moment we start blaming someone else, oh, that person lied to me. And that’s why I have a broken heart, right? My broken heart is my problem to fix, not that person’s problem to fix. So my life is the product of what I think, say, feel and do so except 100% accountability. That doesn’t mean you blame and beat yourself up. Does that mean you’re always looking for what can I do to create what I want? What did I do that created what I didn’t want? And what are the abilities and knowledge that I need to develop to be better, to be more effective and to be more successful? ● The next mindset is something you talked about earlier and it’s very, very powerful. It is what turned Oprah’s life around. And that’s (the attitude of gratitude). So the attitude of gratitude means number one, you recognize that when you’re feeling grateful, you’re exuding an energy that brings more into your life, that you desire and that you will appreciate. When you are feeling dissatisfied with the way things are. It means you’re focusing on lack and you’ll get more lack in your life. So the attitude of gratitude means deliberately look around you continuously. You know, I’m grateful for the, for the view that I have of my backyard right now. I’m grateful for the trees in my backyard. I’m grateful for the Pretty House I get to see beyond the trees in my backyard. I’m grateful for the weather today. I’m grateful for the clothes. I’m grateful for my food and my refrigerator. I’m grateful that my children are alive and healthy. See. And if you keep on looking at what there is to be grateful for, not only do you find yourself feeling happier and more and more appreciative of your life, you attract more abundance into your life. And so what Oprah did was she started a gratitude journal. Every night before going to bed, she’d write down 10 things that she was grateful for. And you can look it up on youtube that turned her life around. ● The sixth mindset, which we’ve talked about earlier, connected to purpose, is it’s called (live to give). And if you focus on giving what you want, you know, there have been many periods in my life when there was no money coming in and nobody seemed to want to pay for what I had to offer. I would do it for free. I say you pay me what you want. I’ve, I’ve done sessions for $10. And now if someone is continuing to take advantage of me and they’re not showing real appreciation for what I’m doing, I can feel that and I let them go. But when you live to give you focus on what you want to give, you want to give your gifts and talents. What is your joy to give? What is the positive difference you want to make in the world? What are the values that you want to stand for? Right? So when you live to give you find more joy, more power, and part of living to give is stretching yourself to become your best self. Because the greatest gift you have to offer Tony is your best self. And as you focus on stretching yourself to grow, turn off the TV, read a book, do some pushups instead of sitting around, take a walk. Do the things that will help you to grow and to be your best self. As you stretch yourself in that department, you are using the primary law of the universe, which is the more you give, the more you receive. If you’re not getting back for what you’re giving, you may be giving the wrong thing to the world people, some people would be better off without your help. They’d be better off learning how to deal with things on their own. Sometimes the best gift you can give to someone is the gift of their self-reliance. ● Now for the seventh and final mindset, so I’m going to ask you, but don’t give me an answer. I’m going to ask you what time it is and you know what time it is, Tony. (The time is now). The time is now, that’s the seventh mindset. Now is the time to bring your best self into your life. Now is the time to make the most of this moment that you have in your life cause you don’t know if you’re going to have another one. Now was the time to live your life to the fullest. Now is the time to look within and see what’s going on inside of you. Now is the time to make the very most of this moment so you that you are filled with the fuel of inspiration and joy and love and gratitude. Now is the time to apply the seven mindsets to transform your life. When you’re feeling blocked to get into the positive, you contacted me. We’ll use the method, we’ll get you out of the negative and the positive build up the seven mindsets work. They’d been working forever and they’ll work for you. Tony: These are phenomenal, Bob. You have to build my mind and the mind of all of us listening with all of these great points. I’m going to use these. Some are some I live by and some I’m going to live by more and accentuate more. Absolutely amazing. And if I may humbly add to number seven, time is now if I may, just to you and to the audience, especially, unfortunately, earlier today I was thinking of some people that have ended their life on purpose. Some I knew very well and it was like doing something like that. There’s nothing more to learn, there’s nothing more that can be accomplished like throwing in the towel. The only way to learn is living learn and you’ll learn to do better. And that’s the way I looked at it. Living is training for me. The more I live, the more I give, the more I’m grateful, the more I learned. And so if I may say hopefully that I’m not hurting your number seven, the time is now. This is a time to live. This is a time to get out there and do it. What’s happened in the past has happened in the past. What you can do is use that as variance knowledge and training to do better in the future. So if you do something wrong or dumb or stupid or whatever, look at it as training and move in the future to do better. That all right, Bob. Bob: Not only that Tony but one of the aspects of the mindset. The other thing is possible mindset is understanding that wherever you are in life, let’s say you’re on a train and the station you want to get to is the fulfillment of your most amazing dreams, miraculous dreams along that track. Taking you from where you are to where you want to be is going to be incredible experiences, failure and loss and disappointment. When people are going through some kind of difficulty, they assume, oh my God, I guess I’m off track. No, no, no, no, no. When you’re facing that sense of failure or loss of setback or adversity or disappointment, that’s a sign you’re on the right track. You have to go through that. You have to persevere through that. You have to look for the lessons in that. You have to look for the growth in that but accepted as the gift. This is the doorway to where you want to go. It’s the facing of the adversity. That is what you must go through, what you must grow through to get where you want to go, and so it’s nothing to fear. It’s something to embrace. You say, yes, I just called the client and he doesn’t want my business, that’s fantastic! Tony: I’m sorry to laugh, but that’s a hard thing to laugh about. Bob: To achieve prosperity and success? I want to, I gotta go through this. Tony: True, true, true, true. It’s a lesson you’ll learn. You’ll learn. Perhaps that client was not or would not be the best client and you’ll learn something from it. Bob: Definitely closed. A closed door is the universe’s way of saying it. This looks like it’s right for you, but it’s wrong for you. Tony: And you know, I actually follow that. I don’t cry over anything where I get a no. I go, well, it’s not like, oh, that’s not meant to be, you know, sweetness and light sort of thing. But I go, well, obviously that’s not the right road along my path. And when I examine a little bit better, I go, yeah, that’s right. And I just ran into some hard fast lessons not to talk about, but it orderly fits in with what you just said. Absolutely. And I got to sake this is, and these seven points, what we talked about really bring about authentic empowerment. Bob Lancer told us many great things on the seven mindsets. So you go to 7mindset.com you can also go to lovethemethod.com reach out to Bob approachable. Please take advantage of that free consultation. I just want to help you. I get nothing from this other than gratitude. The joy, the pleasure of seeing you get help and seeing you do better. Please take advantage of this while Bob has it and contact them. And again, when there’s an update, we’re going to have you back on it. Bob: I look forward to it. Thank you. Tony: Thank you, my friend, and for my amazing audience. Thanks so much for listening.
