Here we go, welcome to the show, Ed. I'm honored to have an elite entrepreneur with us.

Ed:

Tony, thank you very much and I enjoy being here as well.

Tony:

Pleasure again is mine and Ed are so much to talk about. I'm so interested that you have accomplished what you've accomplished with so many startups and you're an MIT Grad. This is very cool. But first things first, let's kind of go back a little bit. I'd love to know Ed, how did it all start for you? What's your backstory?

Ed:

My backstory is? To be honest, Tony I'm so capable and I really just like to find out what I'm capable of doing. I started in my Navy career, moved into my entrepreneurial career and now it's a little bit like making a difference on this planet.

Tony:

Oh, I liked that and I really like your model unstoppable as your model and purpose is your driver. I think that's great.

Ed:

At my age, it really does feel better.

Tony:

Excellent. Excellent. Ed, we're going to talk about CBD and first I like to give a little disclaimer and maybe also a little introduction to the audience. When I first heard of CBD a while back, I just want to make it known. I did stay away from it. I didn't want to hear from anyone. Normally I do not like to deal with anything with drugs or medications unless absolutely necessary. So it's just like, oh, that's a drug. No, no, not for me. It's sort of my candid offhand, you know, but then over time Ed several people I know personally had successes with CBD. One person has fewer seizures and is able to deal with it better before they even occur. This is like amazing. And another person said it helps them stop drinking and that's a very good thing. And a third person said it helps her with her arthritic joints. It alleviates pain and discomfort and she swears by it. These are benefits, let's call it, let's use that word, benefits of CBD oil. I had no idea. So I want to dive in actually and just learn all about it and maybe start from the very beginning Ed. Can you explain what is CBD?

Ed:

Yes, Tony, of course, I can. Could I also share that your story is a very common one? And it's very connected to why I'm here doing what I'm doing today. My mother was one of the same feelings that way about alternative medicines. Uh, she had contracted cancer, uh, and going through chemo treatments I had it did everything in my power to suggest and promote alternative medicines to her. Cause certainly did not like the way the traditional ones we're treating her. And it wasn't until the very end, she finally agreed and it made huge changes to her life that did not fix the cancer. So that was the start of my path with CBD. P answer your question. What is known about cannabinoids is that they are present in our body, our body uses them and plants also create them. So stumbling in on the cannabis plant. And then finally the hemp plant who had the highest amount of CBD to THC ratio in it. Hemp plant was then the right plant to source CBD from and those cannabinoids. So that CBD cannabinoid in the hemp plant works inside your, your endocrine system with your CBD receptors and just does a myriad of great things for your body

Tony:

ED, I want to, first of all, express my sympathy on your mother who died with cancer. My mother died around the same time period with congestive heart failure and I understand what that takes. So I extend my sympathy to you on that.

Ed:

Thank you, Tony.

Tony:

Sure. And there's a couple of terms you've mentioned that I am personally not familiar with. And I also know that the audience a general may not be. Let's discuss our, let's clarify what is a, you call it a cannabinoid? That I don't, I didn't even say it right.

Ed:

You did.

Tony:

Oh, I did not like my tongue went into a knot.

Ed:

You bet, you bet. You know, it's an interesting way I share this knowledge. When I, when I speak of the endocrine system, I want your listeners to think of a motherboard that's in a computer and your endocrine system is a regulation device inside of your body. When something needs hormones or something needs to trigger this motherboard will then send out a signal, determine who gets it, when it's delivered, so forth and so on. So that's, it's a nice representation of what your endocrine system is. And your endocrine system has these receptors place throughout the body and these receptors use cannabinoids that are inside of your body to trigger them. And for reasons, you know, unique to health and other things, those receptors don't often get those cannabinoids. So the CBD and the hemp plant, that cannabinoids fits exactly into those receptors as it's supposed to.

Tony:

Let me understand this because I thought the cannabinoid and I didn't say it right, I thought that, how do you say that?

Ed:

Cannabinoids

Tony:

Cannabinoid cannabinoid. I thought that came from cannabis. But you're saying we already have that in our body?

Ed:

That is correct; Those two aren't related the way you think.

Tony:

Very interesting. And these receptors are already in the body at different points talking to the endocrine system like, Hey, I need more of this. Or Hey, you gave me too much of that, or slow down on this. So there are sort of like little managers of their sectors telling the endocrine system what it needs or does it need?

Ed:

I think that is well said Tony, well said.

Tony:

All right. So now let's, so now that we have that understanding, so now we have this oil from a plant from the hemp plant, correct? Now this oil that's extracted from it, can you give us an analogy of what does it do when it hits the endocrine system?

Ed:

Well, Of course, yes, I can. So those cannabinoids are now in your system and they were running freely through your system and your receptors now have more access to these cannabinoids.

Tony:

Oh, they have more access because what did the oil do is just activated or pointed out it out, put it on the whiteboard and said, hey, you got these over here?

Ed:

No, we actually populated the body with large amounts of them.

Tony:

Ahhhhhhhh.........

Ed:

In fact, the CBD, extract CBD that you will find and CBD products and some will have more than others. And there are certainly different ranges in potency as well.

Tony:

All right, we've got the oil. It's putting more population of the cannabinoid into the body, which the body already has. So now it has more. How does that help in terms of distress issues and so forth?

Ed:

Well these receptors that are throughout your body all will deal with different areas of your health and wellness. And so these cannabinoids flowing through your body need to be available to all of them. And when one is not working correctly, we align it by providing it with CBDs. Lots of cannabinoids flowing through your body.

Tony:

All right and I want to get into not the mindset, but get more into how does it, it appears to me from what people tell me, it helps shut pain off or calm pain or calm nerves and quell anxiety. Do you know kind of how that happened? How does that do that?

Ed:

Oh, we know. Short of having my doctor degree, let me explain something that's somebody shared with me that I thought made complete sense. So you have two primary nerve stems. They go up the back of your neck. One on either side of your neck that to go up into the brain. And very early on they had produced a topical application of CBD. So this is a topical product that you would just apply onto the skin if you applied it right there where those nerve channels were, which were also where most a lot of your CBDs receptors were in that area as well. For people with chronic pain just exposing the CBD in that area reduced the pain. It did that because it worked with the signaling of the pain and in the nervous system.

Tony:

That's amazing. And again, I just want to say this is not taken internally. This oil, it's just rubbed on the skin.

Ed:

That was an example of how CBD was working with the nervous system. Another way I want to put this is. When using pharmaceutical pain relief, it's dumbing the pain. So it's, you know, just stopping the nervous system from working correctly. When we use CBD we go in and it affects the nervous system so that it will do it correctly and believe it or not correctly is less painful than the way that it would work as we age and get chronic pain.

Tony:

That's very interesting what do people use this most for? What are the successes and what does it alleviate for most people?

Ed:

So, the most common use for CBD as it relates to pain is joint. And it's mostly because not only does it work with the nervous system? It's also an anti-inflammatory. Those two working together, both alleviate and start reduce the issue that caused it.

Tony:

Okay. Sore joints, cause I have someone that I know, I have a friend who has arthritic joints and swears by CBD oil helping alleviate that to a great degree.

Ed:

And it has been miraculous, and I have not known a single person that hasn't recorded an extremely great outcome from this. And I have lots of family members and friends who also suffer from arthritis. And this has been really a life-changing event for them because they know it's holistic. So they're relieving the pain and you're not super concerned about the outcome of, you know, using a pharmaceutical that might have consequences later on in life.

Tony:

Ed. That is amazing. Now, how often would a person have to put this oil on their joint to keep it pain-free?

Ed:

Well, sure it directly, that question is probably about every two or three hours, but the range literal can be maybe two hours to eight hours. What we find is that everybody's body is unique and you must discover for yourself what your dosage or treatments should be. There's no one size fits all when it comes to this treatment.

Tony:

All right, so we're saying like a couple times a day depending on the case and test it from there.

Ed:

Yes!

Tony:

Tony:

All right, we're back on the Tony Dear. So show today shows with Ed Chaney and Susi Kaeufer Cannafyl, Visibility and Mindset. Ed leverage is his talents and company culture, team building and leadership learned over the last 30 years to accomplish successful business development and growth. All right and now back to the chat with Ed.

Ed:

No, there is even a better way to do this. You would take what we call a tincture oil, which is a concentrated form of CBD and place it under the tongue and that just ups the level of CBD in your body. And then throughout the day you can have a topical and apply it directly to the area that is causing concerns.

Tony:

Ed, is this because of the body, while it normally has the cannabinoid if I said it right this time, while it normally has it does it get used up so much that the body has to manufacture more itself and does not necessarily manufacture enough for the needs?

Ed:

I would like to have her a medical answer to that, Tony, but I'm not sure I do. But I can tell you what I'm aware of now as with most things, the older we get the less we produce.

Tony:

Interesting. How about pets? My dog, you may or may not have heard, he had two torn ACL within a three month period and you know, he's recovered, he's walking well and I wonder sometimes if he in pain? Is he not in pain? Do people use this for their animals with their hips issues or arthritis and so forth.

Ed:

I have three very strong clients for our Cannafyl products our pet product. And Those three are in this order, pain and inflammation is what's mostly used, anxiety, the barkers and the ones that you know, just really are kind of a ruckus around the house. And then finally, the last one is the treatment for cancer. So those three are the most common.

Tony:

Wow. And for the audience, that website is cannafyl.com, c a n n a f y l.com. cannafyl.com, and you can find out all about cannafyl and this amazing CBD oil. Now Ed the dogs that have this success; is this applied once a day as well as topically what amount of dosage and treatment brings about the success with these dogs?

Ed:

Well, sure, sure. I can share that with you. And by the way within the animal we've not found any topical application, it's all ingested. So the two versions that are mostly ingested or drops that have a high concentration of CBD in it, and you would drop either in their food on a daily basis or on their favorite treat. Now our cannafyl product comes at a 500-milligram bottle and every drop of that is roughly about three or four milligrams of CBD. So if you want the dose for a small breed, right around five milligrams of CBD per day. We have our larger breed dogs and we can go all the way up to 20 milligrams of CBD per day. Very easy to dispense it out of our, our products or our treats are already pre-designed to be a very specific amount of CBD in it.

Tony:

I liked that and I should have mentioned this at the beginning when I talked about my friends and their successes when I talked about how I've stayed away from it because I, of course, this comes from hemp and of course it has drug and mind changing mind-altering effects, but CBD has the key ingredient THC removed from it. Can you tell us how that stays potent while its key ingredient or what we thought was the key ingredient is extracted? Maybe explained the whole thing there.

Ed:

I would love to Tony, I think that part is deserving of an explanation. There are two forms of CBD extractions in the marketplace right now. There is an isolate and a distillate, an isolated is a white powder. The extraction of that CBD product first comes out as an oil and then they take that oil and they refine it even more to get this dry powder. And that powder easily mixes in lots of things that we consume or put on her skin, so forth. The other one is distillate and this is extracting the CBD oil from the plant using CO2 and it's extraction stops there. It is an oil that looks like honey and it preserves all the cannabinoids that are in the hemp plant. That includes the CBD, CBN, CBG. It also preserves the THC cannabinoids in there THC9, THCdelta8, and THCA. So these products, these THC products are in an extremely low level, they would never ever, cause the THC nine is the one that would cause the high. There's not enough in the hemp plant ever cause that. Now there's is a choice manufacturers have, they can either go for the easier just to isolate that powder or they can go with a distillate. That was what we call full spectrum. And means all the fiber materials being present in that CBD oil. There were numerous studies you'll see them, they're called the bell curve study. The difference between the isolated being the powder and the distillate being the oil. The distillate almost has twice as much potency in the body because the body knows how to consume it and the entourage effect with CBN being present with other cannabinoids including THC, makes it works twice as well.

Tony:

And this is the product that you have or have or are working with and developing?

Ed:

This is the reason cannafyl delivers what it delivers. We chose and it took a challenging a lab full of chemists to figure out the best ways to do it. But we do have, our products are primarily distillate. In other words, they encompass the entire hemp plant. All the benefits, all the other vitamins, all the terpenes and then we even take that a step further. Terpenes are naturally occurring materials in plants. We have profiles for each one of our products that are very specifically targeted at your issue that you want to resolve. So if yours is pain and inflammation, not only do we have the CBD at its highest and most potent form, but we would also put in a terpene profile that helps to even compliment it even further.

Tony:

Ed, just to be slightly silly, cause you know I am Italian. Let's just say I shut the mic off right now for a second and I said Ed, really? Now if I take the distillate, put it under my tongue, I won't get any high feeling absolutely guaranteed. I won't get that, buzz whatever. Is that correct?

Ed:

That is absolutely correct.

Tony:

All right, I'm turning the mic back. And some people are going to go a bummer, but you know that's a different thing. We're not going to go there with the high feeling, but that is absolutely amazing. So I can basically take it with impunity. I can it to my dog or my animals or elders knowing that it's not necessarily, it's not going to mentally disarray them or put them in any issue no matter what.

Ed:

That is very correct. Now, an average dose for somebody could be anywhere from 20 milligrams up to about 60 or 80 milligrams depending on if we're on the lighter side of pain or they have your side of pain. I had somebody in my office and you know him. He took not 20 not 80 -400 milligrams one sitting. And as he sat there he goes, okay, I feel something coming on. I think I'm going to be high. I don't think I am going to get any work done and then within a second the look on his face was fascinating because he went to such an air of focusing clarity. 400 milligrams!!

Tony:

That's incredible. Ed. If I'm in the cold, if I'm climbing Mount Everest or I'm in Alaska and I'm braving the storm and I take some, does it make my body flush and warm? Does this help to heat us up at all in any way?

Ed:

No properties there and in the cannabinoids that are found in the hemp plant.

Tony:

All right. So that doesn't happen. So this is primarily for pain and also if we didn't mention it as I understand for inflammation, which of course an inflamed joint can lead to pain or distress. So this reduces inflammation, is that correct?

Ed:

It is. It's a nice way to approach that issue from both directions. One reducing the pain so you have a little bit more comfort. The other reducing the inflammation so that the thing that was causing the pain is ultimately going to get repaired. And the CBD that's derived from the hemp plant, high volumes of CBD. They are tumor reducing properties in CBD.

Tony:

Oh I like that!

Ed:

CBN actually has reducing, preventing properties for cancer. A little bit harder to extract that out of the plant. So we have that side and then on the other side with the treatments currently used for cancer. Lots of times wither our body down to, you know low weights because of, you know, loss of appetite and so forth. The combination of all these CBDs in the hemp plant will also elevate your appetite back up.

Tony:

All right, we're back on the Tony Dear. So show. Today's show is with Ed Chaney and Susi Kaeufer. Cannafyl, Visibility, and Mindset. And now back to the chat with our guest. Ed, I'm going to throw you a little bit of a curve. I have a friend every day, wakes up in pain, can hardly walk easily at first. First thing in the morning takes a minute just to get out of bed. You know, walks with the pain, stumbles around a little bit and I wonder could taking CBD oil in the morning before when you wake up, will that help alleviate that inflammation that causes the back pain and the sore joints like that?

Ed:

Yes. This person, it's now recommended person takes this oil under their tongue before going to sleep and when they wake up. And here's why that person is likely not getting a full night's sleep. Why do I know this? Because you were talking about me. It was my need very early on in this March to make this product. If we take it before you go to sleep first the anti-inflammatory is going to help keep those issues, relaxed and healing throughout the nights, the way they're supposed to. Also, the pain relief is going to help you have a better night's sleep. So you wake up with a full night's sleep. And you get up in the morning, you'll repeat that dose and now you're pain-free for the day. And after about three days of this, it's life changing.

Tony:

I recommend the audience, find out more about it, read up on it, check out the different products and so forth that are available. Just go to cannafyl.com, c a n n a f y l.com. If someone goes to the website, can they get a hold of you and ask you questions?

Ed:

Tony:

Alright, there you go audience. Check it out, read about it, reach out to Ed, talk to him. Just go to cannafyl.com, c a n n a f y l.com. Ask Ed whatever he's very knowledgeable and open. And if his products can help you he be glad to tell you and explain it and if not, he'll tell you what else. Ed, we talked about CBD oil, your company The Cannafyl Alternative if I said that right. I just want to thank you so much for, for being with us and talking to us about this. This is very, very revolutionary and remarkable.

Ed:

I agree, Tony, and I appreciate that you gave me the opportunity to speak with you on this.

Segment 2 -Interview with Susi Kaeufer

Tony:

And now we have Susi Kaeufer join us. Susi is a visibility and mindset coach for entrepreneurs who desired the freedom and flexibility to travel with an online business. She's on her second tour around the world and a nomad for four years. In the last year, she moved 49 times while continuing to create five figure months from her laptop. Here we go; Welcome to the show. Susi, it is so great to have you. Susi: Thanks so much for having me, I'm excited.

Tony:

Susi, for someone that's traveled the world and making a great living and teaching others to do it. I got to say, I am so impressed at everything I've seen and read and heard about you and I'd love to know first things first. How did it all start for you? What's your backstory? Susi: Ahhhh, the back story starts in Germany. Good old Germany. Yeah, I'm German. I worked at a classic corporate job. I lived a classic normal life I guess, but I always wanted to travel and live overseas and basically travel forever. And everybody around me was like, yeah, well how do you want to do that? I mean you can go on around the world trip, but at some point, you will have to come back to normal life and get a job again and buy houses and worked for retirement and so on and so on and so on. So that did actually hold me back for quite a while. I listened to those voices when I was a young woman I didn't know any better, but it never let me go. I always had this dream of, traveling the world, making a difference and not even starting my own business, but just being on the road forever and experience different cultures and countries. And so on my 30th birthday, I had kind of a mini midlife crisis of, Oh my God, is this going to happen? Or am I going to live this normal life that everybody expects me to live? And that was when I decided, okay, I will try, and I bought a one-way ticket to South Africa at that point and I never came back basically, and that was five years ago now.

Tony:

That is so brave to just literally buy a ticket to another country. Just fly out there and expect to wing it. I'm like, I can't get over it. And yet the testimonials about what you do, it's astounding and I highly encourage the audience to go check it out. Your website is dreamlifedeluxe.com I'm absolutely blown away and I've interviewed a lot of people. This is such an incredible life that you've created and you teach others to do it. But I have one thing I really want to make sure that the audience knows about. Susi, you seem to specialize a little in getting women to establish and succeed with their dream business, but we want to know that this is good for men too, right? Susi: Absolutely. I mean it's all about getting out of your comfort zone, doing the scary thing, not listening about what others think you should do. I think that applies kind of for every single person to find their own paths and find their own purpose.

Tony:

I'm still impressed, there's so much more I want to find out about this now. In 30 days you can get someone to change their income just by changing their mindset in 30 days. Whatever the person's doing. They can just what reform; transformed their life into something that they didn't think possible. Just by recalibrating their mindset. Susi: Yeah, I've done that and it was mind blowing I been hustling in my business for quite a while. I made money. I had clients, but it wasn't massive like I was getting by and that was it, and then I started really doing a lot of modeling. On the mindset practices and the money mindset habits of really successful entrepreneurs and that is when I don't know it really just blew off. I made 10 times more money the next month, which was blowing my mind away. Like, oh my God, I didn't know how to handle this. Even my PayPal account got frozen because they found it suspicious that I had ten times my income within 30 days and they wanted an explanation of me. And basically, the foundation of that was a completely different mindset was really copying and monitoring what really successful business owners do that I was a struggling business owner wasn't doing or how do they think different about failure, about investing money, about going for things without overthinking? And I noticed, okay, they're doing this. Hmmm......maybe I'll give that a try.

Tony:

Are you saying this is all from like the school of hard knocks where you studied successful people or did you actually have a coach or consultant to actually help walk you through this? Susi: I do always work with at least one; one on one with a mentor. I think you can read books as well or watch their content where you will get plenty of ideas about how they think and how they act. But what indeed helped me the most was really getting in touch with those people. So spending a whole week with a leader like this in a retreat and see what they do and how they act, walk, talk, everything basically. So yes, having a direct mentor where I can really pick their brain and ask them anything and everything on how they do things, how they perceive things. That helped me a lot.

Tony:

All right Susi, I understand that a mentor helps, going to a retreat, getting a coach, but you've taken this to a whole different level. I've seen people go to seminars and attend webinars and have coaches and not do anything near what you do. There's more to it, give us the secret. Susi: Give us some secret ..what's the magic secret. It is very similar. I truly believe in what you teach Tony, the whole idea of having a big, big vision and be very specific on what actually drives you, where you want to go. Because if you don't see that, it's really hard to be super driven and to take action every single day and to take action when you're sick and when it's Sunday and when it's Christmas. Yeah, I don't know, I feel like I was always so clear that I wanted to create something really extraordinary and help so many people and kind of change the whole German money mindset. And really help people that have been in a situation where I've been in. So that really drives me a lot and that's what makes me jump out of bed every morning and take action. So it's not only the mindset but based on that new mindset that I've developed. Yeah, it was just easy to take action. Because I know where I'm going. I reflect on that every single day, so I'm not getting lost in procrastination or overwhelm and then we go,

Tony:

It's so true. You know, every person that I've seen that's been very successful, regardless of what happened in their life, they had this vision, they knew what they wanted to have and be and accomplish in a couple of years, and they hung onto it. You've got it really well dialed in, so which is really great. Tony:

All right, we're back on the Tony Dear. So show. Today's show is with Ed Chaney and Susi Kaeufer. Cannafyl, Visibility, and Mindset. Susi helps her clients create high ticket offers that allow them the freedom lifestyle that creates consistent income in their sole based business. Take their offline business online to be fully location independent and get fully booked in their service based business. And now back to the chat with Susi, another part of what you teach here Susi is creating a business that allows people to travel the world. So it's not just being a consultant, writing a book or working for a company. You take people to a whole nother level. Can you tell us about that? Susi: Yeah. For me it was always very, very important to be fully location independent in my business because I'm always, I mean I moved from Germany to Australia, but even in Australia, I was like, I don't want to be sitting in one house all the time for the rest of my life. There's just so many places to see. So I have a lot of clients who just want to travel a lot, so they want to be digital nomads. Or they are already a bit more established, not everybody wants to give up their house and their home in their car like I did. I literally don't have a home. But the freedom that you can, the freedom that you can go to Spain for three months if you choose to, or the freedom that you can, I don't know, like take a week off on a tropical beach or not. Take the week off, take your laptop with you and work from there and be creative. I'm most creative on a beach, sunny destinations. I'm kind of chasing the summer around the globe. And yeah, it's just so much freedom. So it means a little bit of a different thing for everyone. Not every single person wants to be exactly like me because I move a lot. I'm very fast paced. I'm in a new place every two weeks basically. But everybody has their own need for variety and certainty, and everybody kind of has to find their balance. But I want you to have a business that supports this, so not a business that is actually forcing you to live your life a certain way to support your business. Your idea is that your business is supporting the kind of life you want on it.

Tony:

I find it infectious I am so impressed that someone who can just do this and you make a good income, you have several businesses I believe. You teach how to do five-plus digits. Susi: I do believe that actually, the great thing about running your own business is that there's actually no upper limit. When I was still in corporate, I was working really, really hard to get it. 10% pay raise. Maybe I was begging for it. And then the results were not in my hands. So I do really love scaling businesses and seeing that actually, the sky's the limit and that only is systems and scalable, scalable business model and a lot of passion. And then you can go and I didn't believe that, or my parents can sometimes not grasp that I can make in a month what I did in a year before. It's just very, I don't know you need to wrap your head around that for a moment. It's kind of really incredible and I'm really, really grateful for that.

Tony:

It's astounding, and I understand one of the things you teach, we're going to touch upon just a few of them, you teach people how to have a profitable and thriving Facebook group. Now there's well over one, 2 billion people on Facebook, but there are so many groups. How do you do this actually help somebody start from let's say from zero to profitable thriving group? Susi: Well I went through my own journey there. So I have a Facebook group, which is the location independent business. So it's all about location, independence, and business. And I think I have 13,000 people in there at the moment. So it's great to have a community like that. So what is it bit different about groups compared to your Facebook business page? Is that it's more about building a community. So it's not all about me, me, me, me, me. Like if you want to know what I do and you better go to my Facebook page and can follow like a pinboard where it's all from me. But the great thing about a group is that you bring like-minded people together. So I only have people in that group that are really interested in this whole location, independence, moving countries, having a business which supports that, and it's a great community because people share so much stuff with each other. So people want to know, I don't know, how can I live a location independent lifestyle in Mexico? I personally don't know that I haven't lived in Mexico so they will find other people in the group and in the community though where people can really help each other out. So putting the community first I think is a great- great first starting point. Thinking of what do people want, what do people want in the community? I do have a lot of people who want to promote their services and then it's kind of finding a balance between, I don't know, many Facebook groups that are very spammy. Everybody's just coming in promoting so stuff and running away that's not working very well for either the community and for them either because nobody is just clicking through those advertisements and then checking someone out. So what I created more in my community was more that people have to give value, help each other, support each other. And if they're doing that and they're really an active part of the community, then they're able to share a couple of info above their services as well. So I make sure in my community is not like a spammy, nobody wants to be in a spammy community. It's just not fun to hang out there. So to be a bit of a guard dog on how I want this to look like. What's the vibe you want to have in your community and then implement the rules to actually make sure that happens this way as well.

Tony:

That's very smart, Susi, because I have a Facebook group as well and the same sort of issue happen just, It seems that you know, everybody wants to just promote their services and go somewhere else and instead of contributor engage. So it really takes, it takes some work at it to really get and dial it in. Where you get people likeminded as you say that want to contribute, want to engage. And do you have a class or a course or do you, how do you teach this? Susi: I teach a lot of visibility strategies, so we, how do you find those people? How do you find your people online? I'm kind of a social media queen, so I'm really good with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and if you put yourself out there as the expert in your field, people will just find you and then you provide lots of content. So I have lots of training on how to grow a Facebook group? How to grow your Instagram following? How to stand out from the crowd as well? Is something I love to teach because I feel like there's a lot of noise on Facebook. And it's sometimes not easy to actually get seen in all this. That all looks the same, so I teach a lot on that. How to actually create content that is a bit different from what everybody else is doing, which is necessary because there's so much going on on Facebook and Instagram.

Tony:

So true. Susi, could you share some testimonials with us? I've seen them and they're astounding. Perhaps you could tell us some stories where you've taken people just even a few months from a corporate job to make you more than they ever made before. Susi: Yeah. I have so many people that actually quit their job while working with me. I'm thinking once I have a home, I would kind of created like a pinboard where I put all photos from people that are out of their job now, which I'm really, really proud of because that's such a huge step to say, okay, I'm fully committed. I am making this business work. I'm going to pack my bag and my laptop and travel with it. I think I have 10 or 11 clients that really said, okay, I quit my job now and I take this full time, into location independence from all kind of areas as well. I have a sex and relationship coach and she thought, Oh my God, I can't tell my family that I want to quit my job to work full time as a sex and relationship coach. They will think, oh my God, and she did it though and she, she's fully booked. She's an expert in her field. She signed like six clients in one week and can just now do it from anywhere so she's traveling to Mexico back to Australia. She went to Bali with me to work with me there and now her family is actually really appreciative and is really proud of her, but it was a big step for her to make such a statement and say, okay, this is, this is my business and I'm going to make this work because I believe that there are people who need this.

Tony:

Susi, how do you take someone who's good at it? For example, the coach you had just mentioned a person is good at what they do. How do they create a high ticket offer and actually build this business to five, six digits or so a month? What's the procedure on that? Susi: The procedure would indeed be working with them on the high ticket offers. So how can we package what they have up? So it really gets people results. And then the problem is most entrepreneurs are their best-kept secret. So you have this great offer, you can help people, but nobody knows about you.

Tony:

Hmm. Susi: That's where I help people out. You need to have a following and a hundred followers are not enough and 50 of them are your friends and family. So I really help people get out there, get on podcasts like yours, have content that goes viral, has; have a free offer on social media that people share and sign up for all the time, building their own community. So if they build a community with several thousands of people and they keep sharing what offering, what kind of results they can get clients, there are people in there that are an ideal fit, but if you only have 100 people following, maybe there are one or two people in there. If you have 10,000 people following, there's plenty of clients to create a consistent income flow. So the thing was consistent great income so you can quit your job and really rely on your business income is you need some kind of system that brings in new leads. So new people finding you, new people finding your group, new people, finding your Instagram account. So you constantly get seen as the expert that you are by new people. If nobody knows about you, nobody, you can have the best offer in the world, the best package, but if nobody knows that it's there, nobody can buy it.

Tony:

So true, so true, Susi, I think every single entrepreneur in the world needs to work with you. It totally changed the mindset. I see that. I see that from going through your site and listening to the people that talk about what you do. It all starts with that mindset and then the next step is also having that visibility because as you say, you could be great, but who knows what you even do. Some people, they're just afraid to put stuff up there are even afraid to put stuff on their website that they do or they coach or they mentor or they do whatever as you say. I like how the way you put it, some people just have things as like the best-kept secret and other people just don't even know about them, what they can do. Susi: Absolutely, and that is where mindset comes in. So it's easy to, to give everyone a strategy off. Yeah. You'll have to do live streams and be visible on social media, but many entrepreneurs have a block are worried about the judgment of others. What do my parents think if I say I'm a sex and relationship coach? What do my work colleagues think when I start this thing online because I actually want to quit my job? What does my boss think? My Gosh, but that is why many, many people hold back and stand in their own way to actually build a successful business. Because if you are scared or worried to express your opinion, to put a post out there to post videos, and I've gone through that process. I wasn't a huge fan of radio when I started my business, to be honest. I was like, ooooh, my accent is a bit funny and I'm not a native speaker and I don't know what if people don't like it, but that's not helpful. That's not how I can serve my people. If you have something to share, you have to find a way to share it.

Tony:

And videos. One of the best ways to do it today. Susi: Yes,

Tony:

Susi, what is your purpose? What gets you up every day? Why do you do what you do? Because you're so full of enthusiasm and energy on creating income and helping others create income. I see this big purpose there to help a lot of people. I love to talk more about that. Susi: I think the big purpose or what really drives me is that I was stuck for so long in what I thought was possible or what was not possible. I thought you can't travel the world forever. I thought I can't run my own company. I know nothing about that. I thought I will have to find a job that is not completely horrible and just stick to it for my whole life. And that was a really depressing outlook to me, those beliefs, so what have created now for most people, it looks just incredible and it was incredible for me at some point, which means though, so many people are currently having their own stories, our beliefs of what they can do or where the maximum is, where's the maximum income? Where's the maximum of freedom? Where's the maximum of possibility? Where actually you get to create that. I wasn't aware of that. I thought that's just how life is. You have to suck it up and get by. Whereas you can literally create whatever you want to create. Even though most people might think this is completely crazy. You totally get to go with this and if you believe you can, you can.

Tony:

It's so true. For too long people have been indoctrinated into working that whole society. That whole culture is changing now. I think a little bit on the other side where it seems people don't, and I'm generalizing just a little bit, but it seems people don't seem to work too long at companies anymore. Various businesses that I go to that I do work with, I just see new employees all the time. There's this churn of that and it seems that it used to go from working, you know, 20/30 years plus at one company to now just, you know, a couple of years here, a couple of years there. It's changed a lot for the workaday world, the entrepreneurs, that's a little bit different. It all depends on the entrepreneur not giving up and being true to their goals and their vision. And I see that you've really, you forced yourself to do it. Its sort of like you took the leap of faith and you had no return. So you force yourself to become successful from that. So which is very good. Susi: Yeah, it's taking one step at a time. I didn't know how this all would work out when I quit my job and left. I wish I would have, if someone would've told me, I would have probably made that leap of faith earlier. But yeah, that's the thing was taking risks. You never really know how the outcome is like, but I always knew where I'm headed. I knew I'm headed towards freedom in some form. I didn't know exactly how this will play out and how this will look like. But if you're really determined on what you want, then how will it come if you say consistent. Just take one step at a time towards your goals.

Tony:

And one other thing that you teach is on establishing a very good Instagram presence. I know too many people aren't very strong with Instagram. What tips of advice can you give us on that? Susi: I love Instagram. I love Instagram. Probably the first thing is if you don't love a platform too much, I'm not even sure if it's the right one for you. I think people should just find their one or two favorites that they really kind of like. If you want to force yourself through the whole Instagram world, you will always be behind the people, especially the young generation that's on Instagram all the time anyway, they grow up with this. So I love Instagram because it's really easy for me, I mean I have a pretty -pretty good Instagram life. I'm on beaches all the time. I changed countries all the time, so just documenting my lifestyle and where I work from and what I do is already inspiring others because they see that I'm traveling, they see that I have a successful business. I see that I have, I don't know that I can stay in five-star hotels and that already attracts my kind of tribe that already attracts people that have the same desires, the same values. And for me it's just very pretty, it's like a photo book where I can scroll back through actually how amazing the last five years I have been. And I sometimes do that and I'm sometimes in "ahhh", this is actually my account in my life.

Tony:

I love it. Susi, do you know how many times you've moved since took that one way trip to South Africa so many years ago? Susi: Not In total. No, I did move I think 80 times in the last year, which was a bit crazy.

Tony:

Wait 80 times in one year? Susi: Yeah, yeah, yeah. After the, afterward, we decided we need to slow it down a little bit.

Tony:

Now I understand why you really don't have a car. You don't need a car. Susi: Nope, nope I'm very, very fast paced. I do get bored very quickly in one place. However, that was a bit, that was very intense. It wasn't a very exciting year, but now I'm excited that we are, where do we house sitting a lot at the moment. So we stay at other people's home who are traveling and take care of their pets. Which is usually a bit longer and it's great because you can move in and you'll have a home ready for you. And then after six weeks I moved somewhere else and start a new life somewhere else in a different country, in a different city. That's more the pace I want to get into for the next couple of years now.

Tony:

Susi, you, you do this just because you want to see what that country looks like and that country life. It's not that you are on a speaking tour or anything like that? Susi: No. I just want to be in different places and I can, I can work from anywhere. So I'm always like, okay, what's next? Vietnam, Vietnam sounds awesome. Let's go to Vietnam.

Tony:

I love it. Susi, when you come to the Los Angeles area, look me up. I'll show you the beaches. Susi: Yes. I have actually not been to that area yet ever, which is a surprise. I have been to so many places.

Tony:

That is it is, well, we'll have to fix that. Okay, well, once again, Susi Kaeufer Visibility and Mindset Coach, her website is dreamlifedeluxe.com and don't forget the Ee on deluxe ,dreamlifedeluxe.com Susi, thank you so much for regalias with the story, the enthusiasm, the energy, and definitely would love to have you back on when you have another major update or maybe a new course or a new book or something.
