Director of Friesen Sport & Performance Psychology, Dr. Christopher Friesen specializes in helping high achievers perform at their best. A licensed clinical, forensic, and neuropsychologist, he now primarily helps professional, national, Olympic, and up-and-coming elite athletes, as well as other professional high achievers. Author of the popular book, Achieve, Dr. Chris shows us how to find out who we are, what we really want and how to make it happen.
